How do seats work?

Seats are admin and manager memberships — the people who launch swarms, configure storefronts, and approve mockups. Buyers are unlimited and free on every tier. So a 500-person company with 3 admins running programs for the rest of the org fits comfortably on Starter.

What happens if I add a seat over my plan's allowance?

Your team isn't blocked — the invite goes through. You'll see a notice on the members page showing the seat-over count, and we'll reach out about an upgrade or a per-seat overage rate. Founding-cohort accounts don't pay overages at all.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card, no commitment. You get full Starter-tier access for the trial window. After the trial you can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel; nothing bills until you actively choose a plan.

How does the Volume Rebate Program work?

Every captured order on your plan accrues rebate credit. At each period close (quarterly or annual, your choice) the earned amount posts to your account as credit against your next invoice — or you can refund it out. Rates climb with your tier; the rebate is on top of whatever savings your swarms already produced.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against your current term. Downgrades land at the end of the current billing cycle so you keep what you're paying for. Annual plans keep their locked-in rate for the full term.
