Terms of Service

The service

Minnow lets organizations discover, design, produce, and deliver branded merchandise through group buys (“swarms”), one-off purchases, gifting campaigns, and on-demand orders, plus supporting tools (forms, kits, contests, storefronts).

Accounts

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in (magic link) secure. Admin and manager seats are billed; buyer accounts are free. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

Payments & billing

• Swarms — your card is saved at commit and charged only when the swarm closes, at the final unit price. You never pay more than the price you committed at.
• Buy Now & on-demand — charged at purchase.
• Gifting — funded once at launch; unspent balance is refunded at close.
• Subscriptions — plan fees are billed monthly or annually in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Your content

You retain ownership of the logos, designs, and brand assets you upload. You grant Minnow the limited license needed to host, display, and produce merchandise from them. You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Minnow to infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful or infringing artwork, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Minnow’s liability is limited. [Counsel to supply warranty disclaimer, liability cap, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.]
