Privacy Policy

Minnow, LLC (“Minnow,” “we”) provides a branded-merchandise platform for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account & organization data — name, work email, organization, role, and the catalog/brand/storefront content you create.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we retain only Stripe’s tokenized references.
  • Order & recipient data — order history, shipping destinations, and gift-recipient details you provide for fulfillment.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and diagnostic logs to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To operate the platform — run swarms, process payments, produce and ship orders, send transactional email (magic links, order and gift notifications), provide AI assistance, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with the vendors that run parts of our stack — hosting, database, payments, email, AI, and file storage. Each is listed with its compliance posture on our Security page. We require confidentiality and appropriate safeguards from every sub-processor.

Data retention & security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Sessions are database-backed and revocable; authentication is passwordless. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices & rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. [Counsel to confirm specific rights + response timelines.]
