Minnow is in closed beta with our first cohort. The first 10 customers ship this year. Whoever joins early shapes the platform, the brand, and the culture from the ground up. Direct line to the founder, no committee, no theater.

We’re not running a traditional hiring pipeline — no recruiters, no listings, no take-home assignments. Every conversation starts with a paragraph by email and goes from there.

Who we’re looking for.

Engineers

  • Full-stack — Next.js, Prisma, Postgres, Tailwind
  • Pixel-care + accessibility instinct
  • Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end

Designers

  • Brand-craft DNA — typography, color systems, motion
  • Product-design eye for flows, microcopy, edge cases
  • Comfortable reading JSX even if you don't write it

Customer + ops

  • Direct relationships with our first 10 customers
  • Run shared Slack channels; ship feedback into the next release
  • Branded-merch, gifting, or HR ops background a huge plus
